We achieved our Dog Breeder's Licence in 2020, gaining a 5* approval.

To meet the requirements of the Dog Breeding Licence we have to meet strict requirements set out in The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018.  This includes putting together a comprehensive collection of Policies and Procedures, accurate and timely records of dogs and puppies welfare and detailed information for potential puppy owners.

All our puppies have been bread with great attention to ensuring excellent health and lineage.  All our breeding dogs have been selected to ensure excellent hip and elbow scoring and lineage with many field champions or, in the case of Elsie, our chocolate labrador, show dog champions.

We care for our dogs and puppies to the highest standards required of The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 requirements.  These requirements are also mirrored in the Assured Breeders requirements by the Kennel Club.

Each of our puppies will have received training in recall and toileting as well as socialisation in many aspects (all recorded in a sheet you will be given).  The puppies are brought up amongst our other dogs and are accustomed to human interaction with ourselves, our children and our grandchildren.  They will be registered with the Kennel Club, microchipped and checked by our registered veterinarian.  You will be provided with full details of Dam and Sire, a Puppy Pack (including the Contract for Sale), a week's worth of food and a blanket.
